Johnitem Floor Coating wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

• The conduct of an installer we referred you to

If the Issue Is With an Installer

Installers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a coating job, start by writing to the installer and keep copies of everything you send.

Please let us know as well. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and installers who often fall short may be removed. Johnitem Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund an installer's charges or act on an installer's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Write to contact@johnitem.homes and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the installer
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The installer's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and the result you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include speaking with the installer. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the installer is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
