Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use johnitem.homes and the referral service Johnitem Floor Coating offers through it. When you browse the site, call its phone number or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Johnitem Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating installers. We do not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or fix concrete. We are also not a party to any deal you make with an installer.

Installers Work on Their Own

The installers you are matched with are independent companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they work or what results you will see.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking credentials, asking for proof of insurance and getting a written estimate.

For Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost numbers are typical U.S. ranges that shift from job to job, and none of them is a quote. Confirm the details with a qualified installer.

Using This Site Properly

Please give accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, and do not try to reach areas you are not allowed to access.

Calls, Forms and Follow-Up

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the installer we refer you to, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@johnitem.homes.

Who Owns the Content

Johnitem Floor Coating owns the site content and design, or holds a license from the owners. You need our permission to copy or reuse any of it for commercial purposes.

Limits on Liability

To the extent the law allows, Johnitem Floor Coating is not liable for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to an installer's products or services, or to any agreement between you and an installer. The site is provided "as is" without warranties.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms when needed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated version.
